grazianorealty.com is the website of Christina Woodward Graziano, a California real estate salesperson (DRE #02072713). Her responsible broker is Forward Beverly Hills Inc, doing business as Keller Williams Beverly Hills (DRE #01428775). In this policy, "we," "us" and "Christina" mean Christina Woodward Graziano, and "you" means anyone who uses the site.
This policy covers information collected through this website and through the calls, texts and emails that start here. It does not cover other websites, including Keller Williams websites, which have their own policies.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you send a form (a message, a showing request or a pricing opinion request), or when you call, text or email, we receive what you provide:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the property address or listing you are asking about;
- your timing, the type of help you want, whether you work with another agent, and anything you write in the message.
Forms on this site open a pre-filled email in your own email app, or, where enabled, are delivered to Christina by our form service, Formspree.
Information collected automatically
Our website host, Squarespace, records standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here, and the date and time. Squarespace sets a small number of cookies for security (crumb) and for visitor analytics (ss_cvr and ss_cvt).
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts and photos from an image server hosted by Netlify. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests the files.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords through this site. Please do not send them by form, text or email.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the real estate services you ask for, such as showings, pricing opinions, offers and leases.
- To keep records of your inquiry and any transaction, as California law requires of real estate licensees and their brokers.
- To send you information you asked for, such as new listings or market notes. You can stop these at any time.
- To keep the site secure, fix problems and see which pages people use.
- To comply with the law, respond to legal process, and protect the rights and safety of our clients, the public and ourselves.
Who we share it with
- Christina's responsible broker, Keller Williams Beverly Hills, which supervises her work and keeps transaction records.
- Service providers that run this site and our communications: Squarespace (website hosting), Google (email), Netlify (photo hosting) and Formspree (form delivery, if used). They may use the information only to provide their service.
- People you ask us to involve in your transaction, such as another agent, an escrow or title company, a lender, an inspector, a property manager or an owner.
- Government agencies or others when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not give your mobile number or your consent to receive texts to anyone else for their marketing.
Calls, texts and email
If you give us your phone number, Christina may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us by email or phone. Any marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying, selling or leasing anything.
Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
The cookies listed above are set by Squarespace. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
This site does not run advertising networks, social media tracking pixels or session recording, and we do not allow other companies to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different websites through this site. The site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information, a Global Privacy Control signal requires no further action from you.
Links to other sites
The home search hands off to Zillow, and pages link to Instagram, Google Maps and other sites. When you follow those links, the other site's privacy policy applies, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as needed to serve you and as long as the law requires. California requires real estate brokers to keep transaction records for at least three years. After that, we delete or de-identify them unless you are still a client.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, and our providers use encryption in transit. No website or email system is perfectly secure. Never send wiring instructions or financial account numbers by email; see the wire fraud warning.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also opt out of texts and emails at any time. Send your request to cwgrazianorealty@gmail.com or call 310.498.1415. We will confirm that we received it, may ask for information to verify your identity, and will respond within 45 days. If the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you which one and why. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California's Shine the Light law (Civil Code section 1798.83) lets California residents ask which personal information a business has shared with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will also say so at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
