Christina represents clients only under a written agreement with her broker, and agency relationships are disclosed in writing as California law requires. Real estate commissions are not set by law and are negotiable between the client and the broker.

Wire fraud warning
Christina will never send or change wiring instructions by email or text. Criminals target real estate transactions with fake wiring instructions that look like they come from an agent, escrow or title company. Before you wire any money, call your escrow or title officer at a phone number you have verified independently, not one from an email, and confirm the instructions by voice. If you think you have been targeted, call your bank and your escrow officer right away and report it to the FBI at ic3.gov.
